Since 2007, I have had a huge heart for those in relationship struggles, dealing with relationship problems, and those desiring to improve their relationship, save their marriage, or resolve conflict, and improve communication. As a passionate couples therapist since 2007, and as my experience as a couples counselor continued, I realized how powerful and effective relationship coaching can be in the lives of couples who are having problems. I can quickly and easily diagnose the root problems to realtionship problems, and help couples deepen thier intimacy, rekindle their friendship, as well as teaching couples how tro emotionally connect; losing an emotional connection seems to be a very common problem I am very skilled at reversing! I have coached 1000's of individuals and couples. With my experience as a certified life coach, guiding clients toward achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being, I have felt the positive difference that transforming lives has made; not just from testimonials, but in the way my clients have thrived after learning simple steps for living their best life! I offer an approach that is tailored to an individual's unique beliefs and needs. People tell me I am so easy to talk to, and that I truly found my perfect calling because of the warmth and non-judgmental space I create. With a BA in Christian Counseling, a Master's Certification in Life Coaching, an Advanced Certification in Emotional Healing Therapy, and as a member of AACC, ICCA, along with over 18 years of experience in coaching clients toward living their best life, I take pride in guiding people in a session and communicating between sessions as well!
